Evaluate student performance and propose improvements Educational Supervisor Position Description: The educational supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the pedagogical activities of the Instituto de Educação Portal \- IEP, ensuring the quality of the educational process for our learners. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide teachers and institutional staff * Evaluate student performance and propose improvement actions * Participate in meetings and events related to education Requirements: * Degree in Pedagogy or related fields * Prior experience as a pedagogical coordinator or educational supervisor in the professional field * Knowledge of educational legislation in the professional field * Leadership and communication skills INFORMATION: Salary: R$ 2\.760,00 Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 \- Monday to Friday Meal allowance: R$ 16.00/day Health insurance plan (voluntary enrollment) Dental insurance plan (voluntary enrollment) Psychological support Nutritional support Day off
