Our mission is to advance the frontiers of data technologies and AI to generate sustainable and ethical value for business units. Our teams are organized into three major pillars: analytics (focused on profit pools), platform & infrastructure, and governance & quality. Together with business units, we develop and implement analytical intelligence solutions that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and enhance customer experience. Work model: Hybrid – 1 day onsite Location: Osasco/SP, Curitiba/PR, Recife/PE, Uberlândia/MG **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Governance Analyst II, you will work within the Data Quality Management area, with primary responsibilities including: * Implementing data quality policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring organizational compliance * Leading end-to-end data quality assessments in collaboration with business areas * Continuously monitoring the health of data assets using metadata and data profiling techniques * Defining technical and business metrics for measuring data quality * Analyzing data quality indicators and developing executive and operational reports * Conducting root cause analysis of data anomalies * Leading the continuous improvement cycle (PDCA) with responsible teams * Developing dashboards and automating processes **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Proven experience in data analysis, data profiling, and indicator monitoring * Proficiency in data quality and governance frameworks (policies and standards) * Demonstrated experience defining data quality dimensions and metrics * Advanced expertise in managing technical and business metadata * Application of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA) * Familiarity with BI tools, dimensional modeling, and dashboard development * Experience working in data environments (cloud and/or legacy systems) * Completed undergraduate degree It’s a plus if you have: * DAMA certifications (CDMP – Data Quality, Metadata, or Data Modeling) * Cloud and data certifications (AZ-900, DP-900, Databricks) * Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900) * Experience implementing scalable automations for data governance **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR) or Bonus: Subject to position eligibility* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services offered by partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Bradesco Well-Being Program: health, well-being, and quality-of-life initiative * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: special conditions on various products and services * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave: 20 days * Maternity Leave: 180 days, with assistance throughout pregnancy and postpartum
