Job Opening – Franchise Consultant Company: Equipe Ricardo Cruz | Nação Verde – Amesse Location: On-site – São Paulo Employment Type: CLT About the Opportunity We are seeking a Franchise Consultant with proven experience in the field, a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities with franchisees. The professional will be responsible for monitoring, advising, and developing franchised units, ensuring compliance with network standards, operational growth, and continuous improvement of results. Key Responsibilities Conduct monitoring and support for franchised units; Ensure operational and commercial standardization across the network; Develop strategies to increase sales and performance; Deliver training and guidance to franchisees and their teams; Analyze KPIs, results, and action plans; Monitor unit goals and performance; Conduct on-site visits and meetings; Resolve conflicts and provide operational support; Ensure excellence in service delivery and franchisee experience; Support expansion processes and implementation of new units. Requirements Proven experience as a Franchise Consultant; Experience in franchise networks and operations management; Knowledge of commercial and operational KPIs; Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset; Organization, proactivity, and results orientation; Availability for on-site visits and monitoring.
