Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling and confirming vehicle maintenance services, managing vehicle history, and ensuring workshop schedule organization. Key Highlights: 1. Scheduling and time control for the workshop **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for contacting customers to schedule vehicle inspections for Tracbel Veiculos Norte, campaigns, and maintenance services, as well as answering calls to book services. Verify vehicle data in systems (GDS, VDA, VSR), review history, pending items, and warranties. Register information in the system, organize appointments according to workshop availability, and ensure adherence to standard service timeframes. Confirm appointments, guide customers, monitor delays, reschedule when necessary, and record no-shows. Conduct pre-appointment follow-up and maintain updated spreadsheets. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Production Engineering, or related fields.
