Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Collection Supervisor** to lead our banking collections operation in Curitiba. If you have experience in call centers, team leadership, and are looking for an opportunity with clear goals and attractive incentives, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Team Management:** Lead and develop collection agents, ensuring engagement and performance delivery. * **Results Focus:** Be accountable for operational outcomes and credit recovery targets. * **Performance Analysis:** Monitor KPIs, conduct individual and collective performance analysis, and deliver feedback. * **Administrative Management:** Attendance tracking, productivity analysis, and shift scheduling. * **Reporting:** Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management. **Requirements:** * **Call Center Experience:** Solid experience in teleservices environments (preferably in Collections). * **People Management:** Proven experience leading teams with a focus on performance development. * **Analytical Profile:** Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans. * **Availability:** Full-time in-person work in Curitiba. **Position Details:** * **Work Location:** Rua Orestes Camilli, 80 \- A \- Prado Velho, Curitiba \- PR. * **Employment Type:** CLT \| 100% In-person. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. * **Saturdays:** 08:00 to 13:00 (paid as overtime). **Compensation Package:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.811,00\. * **Variable Compensation:** Performance-based bonus (aggressive structure). * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 28.80/day. * **Transportation Allowance:** Provided as needed. * **Additional Benefit:** Free on-site parking.
