Job Opening: Cashier | Damme Esmalteria Express — Sorocaba/SP At Damme, the cashier role goes far beyond processing payments — it is the face of the salon, the first and last impression for every client. We seek someone who transforms each interaction into an experience and every visit into a sale. Your daily responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers at the counter with friendliness and professionalism * Open the salon and ensure everything is ready for operations * Perform customer check-in and check-out in the system * Offer additional services during client interactions — when a client comes in for a manicure and pedicure, you’ll suggest a blowout, hydration treatment, waxing, or other available services * Manage payments, issue receipts, and close the cash register * Maintain organization and smooth operation of the reception area What we’re looking for: * Prior experience in customer service, reception, or cashier roles * Proficiency with computers and management systems * Communicative, friendly, and proactive personality * Natural ability to interact with people and build rapport with clients * Commercial mindset: enthusiasm and skill in offering services without being pushy * Quick learner with strong growth motivation * Punctuality and commitment to schedule — you will be responsible for opening the salon Work schedule — 44 hours per week: Day | Shift | Hours | Monday to Thursday | 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM | 6.5h + 1h lunch | Friday | 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM | 10h + 1h lunch | Saturday | 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM | 9h + 1h lunch | Compensation and benefits: Salary: R$ 1.896,00 Weekly performance bonus — the more you sell, the more you earn Optional transportation voucher CLT employment regime Work location: Damme Esmalteria Express — Afonso Vergueiro or Campolim unit, Sorocaba/SP This position is ideal if: You love interacting with people and have the energy to do so every day You’re not afraid to offer services and enjoy the challenge of meeting sales targets You’re punctual, responsible, and understand that opening the salon on time is a commitment You want to join a growing network that values high performers Apply here. #Job #Employment #Sorocaba #Cashier #Receptionist #CustomerService #DammeEsmalteria #CLT #Opportunity Payment: R$1.896,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
