Control operational costs to achieve administrative efficiency and optimize resources. Monitor periodic safety and functionality inspections of the building structure. Ensure continuous appreciation, conservation, and functionality of the company's assets. Previous experience as Asset Manager, Asset Coordinator, Asset Analyst, or Asset Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
