Primary objective is to report corporate KPIs, validate information with respective departments, develop visual management dashboards and reports, and support strategic and operational decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Data Management and Validation; Extract, structure, and validate corporate performance data. Ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy of departmental KPIs. Facilitate alignment discussions and ensure numerical coherence across departments. KPI Reporting and Structuring; Build, update, and maintain managerial and operational reports. Develop supporting tools and models for KPI stratification. Implement and enhance visual management (dashboards, scorecards, executive presentations). Performance Process Guardianship; Maintain governance of processes related to goal and KPI tracking. Ensure departments adhere to established performance methodologies and standards. Improvement and Transformation Projects; Structure and lead continuous improvement projects based on KPIs. Map problems, opportunities, and requirements for digital transformation and process optimization. Apply methodologies such as Pareto, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, and Action Plans. Analytical Support and Decision-Making; Provide data analysis to managers, focusing on insights and recommendations. Support strategic and operational decisions with evidence-based analysis. Logistics Control Tower: Monitor logistics operations data in real time. Structure control tower-specific KPIs to ensure delivery efficiency and predictability.
