We seek someone committed to results, with a preventive outlook, technical expertise, and the ability to transform processes into efficient business solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and develop the accounting team; * Review and validate accounting entries; * Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings; * Prepare and review financial statements; * Ensure compliance with current accounting standards; * Monitor integration among accounting, tax, and payroll departments; * Conduct asset and financial analyses; * Support internal and external audits; * Validate accounting reconciliations; * Support tax strategies and process improvements; * Generate managerial reports to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC registration. * Solid experience in full-cycle accounting routines; * Experience in supervision and team management; * Prior experience in an accounting firm; * Accounting standards (CPC / IFRS); * Accounting closing; * Accounting reconciliations and analyses; * ERP systems; * Advanced Excel.
