Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary: You will support and conduct training activities, organize performance metrics, assist in recruitment and selection processes, and develop training materials and content. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in conveyor belt training and content development. 2. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. 3. Experience working in collection agencies is a plus. * Support and lead training routines for operational collections and administrative teams; organize and monitor training KPIs; assist in recruitment and selection activities and other departmental tasks; support the development of training materials as well as content creation and dissemination. * Experience in end-to-end training delivery, proficiency in computer applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canvas. Experience developing training content and templates; experience in collection agencies is a plus. Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
