Monitor and track orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring products or services are delivered * Assist in coordinating exchange and return processes. * Generate daily sales reports * Support sales representatives * Request pickups * Enter orders into the system * Support customers by informing delivery timelines * Request order invoicing Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM\.
