




**Responsibility:** Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures to ensure quality according to regulatory guidelines and requirements for products and services provided by the company throughout the entire truck implementation process. · Conduct regular internal and external audits to monitor compliance and effectiveness of processes, standards, and quality regulations defined by the company's quality management system. · Identify improvement opportunities in processes, products, and services, and propose effective solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency. · Continuously develop, analyze, and monitor quality performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective and preventive actions. · Coordinate the implementation of training programs focused on quality improvement, aiming to qualify employees involved in the processes. · Manage and lead the quality team by providing constant guidance and feedback, ensuring team performance and technical development in employee engagement. · Participate in quality-related meetings and committees, providing information and contributing to decision-making. · Establish and maintain an efficient documentation system, ensuring availability and access to quality-related information. · Perform risk analysis and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential issues that could affect product or service quality. · Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to QMS and quality control applicable to the company's sector, in order to implement innovations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. · Collaborate with coordination of post-sales information processes for investigation and analysis of customer complaints, in order to implement corrective actions and ensure rapid and effective resolution of identified issues. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed Experience in industry, preferably in metallurgy. Solid experience in people management, process and quality management, continuous improvement tools, data analysis/statistical methods, decision making, and strategic vision.
