The professional will work as an Oncology Pharmacist, promoting comprehensive pharmaceutical care, monitoring inventory, and participating in internal committees to improve processes.

**PHARMACIST (ONCOLOGY) \- SANTA CASA HOSPITAL**

**Mandatory Requirements, subject to disqualification if not met:**
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (proof required);
Complete vaccination record (COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, and Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus);
Relevant experience in oncology departments within hospitals;
Regional Council of Pharmacy - Paraná State (CRF-PR);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ease of use with information systems.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare managerial reports for tracking results achieved by the Hospital Pharmacy Coordination;
* Ensure adherence to Hospital Pharmacy Department routines through development and updating of standard operating procedures, as well as direct supervision of related processes;
* Promote comprehensive pharmaceutical care through clinical pharmacy;
* Monitor inventory levels via demand analysis, rotating counts, physical inventories, tracking potential changes in medical teams and corresponding adjustments, procedural technique updates, climatic seasonality, community-endemic diseases, etc.;
* Participate in the Hospital’s and Pharmacy Department’s internal committees by fulfilling requirements stipulated by quality programs;
* Contribute to achieving Hospital Certification by fulfilling requirements stipulated by quality programs;
* Conduct training sessions according to internal staff and client needs;
* Comply with and enforce policies, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Health Supply Chain and Hospital Pharmacy Department;
* Adhere to institutional safety standards;
* Attend institutional training sessions;
* Supervise the team and provide guidance for personal and professional development improvements.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48
