Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogical Coordinator to manage staff, provide student support, and assist instructors at a professional training center. Key Highlights: 1. With 22 years of operation, we have trained over 180,000 students.** We seek a Pedagogical Coordinator to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Prior experience in customer service, people management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. A bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology is considered an advantage. **Job responsibilities:** In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to students and guardians; procurement and management of class materials; monitoring and contacting absent students; conflict resolution; instructor support; and other duties relevant to the position.
