About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to join our Reduction team at the Alumar facility in São Luís do Maranhão, responsible for: * Ensuring maintenance improvement activities within the Reduction area through a technical team composed of mechanics and electricians, guaranteeing project requests and scopes are fulfilled according to required safety and quality standards; * Leading Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs across maintenance projects, ensuring achievement of company policy objectives through full engagement of direct and indirect subordinates and others, aiming to reduce incident rates, improve employee health, and lower the number of incidents; * Ensuring alignment of improvement, expansion, and equipment renovation projects, securing necessary resources for safe execution of activities; * Maintaining records of completed projects, verifying that all work is performed under work orders managed by the system, and issuing reports covering all related activities; * Ensuring compliance with maintenance project audit processes whenever required by the company; * Leading departmental budget planning and control in accordance with the approved budget. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Valid CREA registration (required); * Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) — preferred; * Solid experience in industrial plant maintenance projects (improvement, expansion, and renovation works); * Advanced computer skills — preferred.
