Job Opening: Junior Sales Enablement Analyst Description: We are seeking a Junior Sales Enablement Analyst responsible for supporting the execution, organization, and sustainability of processes within the Training and Development area, ensuring standardization, documentation, and follow-up of deliverables. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience delivering internal training, refresher courses, and capacity-building initiatives. * Experience tracking KPIs and managing internal controls. * Strong organizational skills regarding materials and processes. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms). * Ability to accurately record and document information. * Collaborative, ethical, and responsible mindset. * Interest in people development and process improvement. * Ability to manage administrative and operational training routines.
