About the position:
We are seeking a Law graduate interested in working in labor law within a corporate environment, supporting the Human Resources team in advisory activities.
Fully on-site role, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
* Support management and HR in administering labor and social security litigation (administrative and judicial).
* Gather and organize documents and information required for legal defenses and labor inspections.
* Monitor case progress, deadlines, and hearings, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations.
* Serve as the liaison between HR, external law firms, and internal departments.
* Collect employee records, payroll histories, warnings, employment contracts, and termination documents for use in judicial proceedings.
* Conduct periodic review and updating of policies.
* Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and administrative documents.
* Analyze and process notifications, summonses, and infringement notices, coordinating responses with relevant departments.
* Support HR and Legal in developing preventive strategies to reduce labor-related risks.
* Manage labor litigation contingencies and track litigation performance indicators.
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and data protection regulations (LGPD/GDPR).
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Experience or familiarity with judicial process management systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, etc.).
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Prior experience in an in-house legal department or labor law firm.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Japanese language skills
