Create and execute internal marketing strategies, promoting light, clear, and effective internal communication. Review and coordinate job and salary policies, ensuring internal equity and market alignment. Support leadership in performance evaluations, individual development plans, and structured feedback. Act as a bridge between HR and leadership, aligning corporate strategy with people management. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies, mediating conflicts ethically and constructively. Collaborate integrally with other departments to promote joint initiatives aimed at sustainable results.
