Your responsibilities will include managing the Total Rewards package—encompassing salaries, benefits, recognition programs, and labor union relations. Additionally, you will oversee talent acquisition and management, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance evaluations. You will also drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation, and serve as a strategic partner to internal business units by supporting people management practices and policies. This position requires on-site work at our manufacturing facility in Jaguariúna and support for regional and global Human Resources initiatives.
