Gente Roma is a platform dedicated to promoting events and culture in the city of Rome. It offers a variety of services and information for tourists and local residents. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and execute recruitment \& selection, training \& development, performance evaluation, organizational climate, and internal marketing processes. Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, supporting people-related decision-making. Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and labor legislation. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.) and propose action plans. Coordinate personnel administration processes (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, hiring, and separations), interfacing with internal departments and/or vendors. Lead or support organizational development initiatives and culture strengthening activities. Lead or support continuous improvement projects within HR. Manage and develop the HR team (where applicable). Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
