Gente Roma is a platform dedicated to promoting events and culture in the city of Rome. It offers a variety of services and information for tourists and local residents. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and execute Recruitment \& Selection, Training \& Development, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Climate, and Internal Marketing processes. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decisions related to people management. Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and labor legislation. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, among others) and propose action plans. Coordinate personnel administration processes (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, onboarding, and offboarding), interfacing with internal departments and/or vendors. Lead organizational development initiatives and strengthen culture. Lead or support continuous improvement projects in HR. Manage and develop the HR team (where applicable). Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
