We invite you to become part of something greater. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate activities related to analysis and monitoring of union movements, their main trends and strategies, maintaining contacts with companies, unions, federations and confederations, both worker and employer associations; * Evaluate collective labor agreements from other large companies to identify best practices and strategic benchmarks; * Analyze claims presented by unions and other employee representative entities and propose alternative solutions; * Plan collective bargaining strategies and mechanisms for resolving disputes or conflicts in response to union activity; * Plan the negotiation of Annual Wage Adjustment Dates as a process, reviewing historical data, market comparisons, associated costs, the company's position, general argument lines, points of resistance, indications of convergence, exchange items, and other relevant information; * Assist in guiding and training factory leaders and HR teams on key industrial relations topics; * Advise Directors on matters related to Collective Agreements (Collective Bargaining Agreements – CBA and Collective Labor Agreements – CLA); * Identify and analyze situations likely to generate conflict in labor/union relations and/or legal implications, proposing alternative solutions; * Monitor legislative changes related to responsibilities, proposing updates to relevant policies and procedures; * Analyze organizational structures across various locations to propose strategic solutions that support optimization and reduction of labor cost impacts; * Guide leaders and HR Business Partners in implementing disciplinary measures and managing Code of Principles cases; * Design the IR strategy for Brazil; * Build a positive agenda together with unions representing employees; * Support and participate in various restructuring initiatives within the company; * Lead DET analyses and effectively direct PP’s to complete audits; * Holistically guide and monitor Brazil restructuring processes, calculating RDI’s. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields; * Proven experience in union negotiations and collective agreements; * Solid experience in labor legislation, labor and union relations; * Knowledge of HR processes, especially in compensation, benefits, and HRBP routines; * Advanced English; * Ability to assess the financial impact of union relations on the business, with a mindset focused on resource scarcity and optimization; **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Spanish * Strong communication and interpersonal influence skills are important differentiators; * Ability to assess the financial impact of union relations on the business, with a mindset focused on resource scarcity and optimization; * **Deliver with Excellence** – Delivering with excellence; * **Focus on What Counts** – Focusing on what truly matters; * **Care Deeply** – Genuinely caring for people and the business. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
