**Who are we?** Responsible for personal achievements, professional growth, and fulfilling dreams, Âncora always seeks to help and innovate, prioritizing what we value most in our culture: ethics, evolution, and empathy. **Your challenges:** * Coordinate the HR team, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of processes and workflows; * Monitor hiring funnel metrics and propose improvements; * Promote internal actions focused on the Call Center environment; * Handle behavioral interventions; * Conduct periodic climate assessments and develop action plans; * Monitor HR KPIs for the Call Center: turnover, absenteeism, engagement, hiring, training adherence, etc; * Generate periodic reports for management; * Identify causes of turnover and develop retention strategies; * Conduct disciplinary processes, alignments, and mediations whenever necessary; * Guide leaders on best people management practices tailored to operational reality. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management; * Previous experience in HR within a Call Center will be a differentiator; * Ability to structure and monitor continuous pipelines for operational vacancies. * Knowledge of HR indicators, especially: turnover, absenteeism, productivity, etc; * Analytical and data-driven profile, with ability to generate reports, track metrics, and propose improvement actions; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Call Center leadership; * Organized, with sense of priority and decision-making capability, as Call Center demands are dynamic and require agility.
