Act as a strategic partner to managers. Manage a pipeline of approximately 50 positions per month. Design and monitor performance evaluation processes. Support leadership development programs. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives. Engage in training, corporate learning, and organizational climate projects. Previous experience as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, Senior Human Resources Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
