Plan and execute Training & Development initiatives A technology company specializing in cybersecurity is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Niterói (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting leadership in people management, organizational climate, performance, and team development. Lead end\-to\-end Recruitment and Selection processes for various levels and departments. Support Personnel Department routines (hiring, employee movements, documentation, and coordination with accounting/payroll). Plan and execute Training \& Development initiatives (onboarding, training programs, and career development). Conduct and monitor performance evaluation cycles, supporting the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Participate in Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communication initiatives. Support Compensation processes, Organizational Structure design, and internal mobility. Monitor and analyze HR metrics (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements. Conduct organizational climate diagnostics and support the development of action plans. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
