Will be responsible for documenting and simplifying routines, training employees and leading strategic projects (such as benefits harmonization, integration and implementation of human resource management systems). Will also supervise payroll and the Payroll team, ensuring correct process execution. Will work in partnership with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), supporting local application of policies, regional projects and global HR initiatives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Human Resources Operational Excellence**: + Participate in meetings, supporting discussion, evaluation and strategic decision-making related to areas of responsibility. + Manage the indirect personnel expense budget, administering budgets and costs related to benefits, ensuring proper maintenance. + Perform personnel budget management, controlling indicators such as headcount and turnover/attrition, aligned with HR Leadership and strategic area guidelines. + Lead initiatives for mapping, standardizing and documenting HR processes, promoting simplification, automation, continuous improvement and assignment of respective responsibilities. + Lead the training plan for Human Resources operations systems for HRBP role development, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. + Ensure accurate data maintenance and reporting of HR operational KPIs, as well as monitoring corresponding action plans. * **Systems** + Act as the local focal point for the implementation/maintenance of HR projects, such as system integrations (Automations in Electronic Time Clock, Integration and Implementation of Human Resource Management System), benefits harmonization and other organizational/cultural transformation initiatives. + Lead the implementation and maintenance of job positions and salaries, as well as processes derived from this (review and update of job descriptions, maintenance of career manual, promotion/salary adjustment guidelines). * **Payroll** + Supervise the execution of payroll routines through the respective team, ensuring compliance with deadlines, internal policies and current legal regulations (payroll, vacations, calculation of social charges, FGTS - Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço, union and assistance contributions, terminations, homologations). + Work in partnership with service providers, supervising calculation, control and payment of personnel. + Identify opportunities for digitalization and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce rework. + Manage the team in preparing annual income reporting statements, such as: DIRF (Withholding Income Tax Return) and RAIS (Annual Social Information Report), verifying and guiding activities related to collection of charges and preparation of payment slips, ensuring information accuracy. * **COEs** + Act as an internal partner to company areas to ensure smooth operational flow of HR processes and respective CoEs, as well as influence best practices related to operational career management. + Support regional/global teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in the adaptation and local implementation of compensation and benefits policies and practices. + Work in coordination with the C\&B contact, applying and communicating remuneration policies and ensuring respective governance. Also monitor the company's variable compensation practices, proposing and tracking projects/indicators. + Support salary survey processes focused on operational technical levels. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields * Over 3 years of experience managing/supervising teams * Over 5 years of experience in Payroll, Benefits and Compensation Practices * Experience with payroll systems and HR platforms (e.g., ADP, LG, TOTVS, SAP, WORKDAY) * Knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis proficiency * Advanced English; Spanish is a plus **About Amcor** Amcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
