Key Responsibilities: Payroll management, terminations, benefits administration, and time tracking control Monitoring and execution of eSocial routines Leadership of the HR team, promoting alignment and team development Continuous process structuring and improvement, ensuring organization, reliability, and transparency Coordination with training, recruitment, occupational medicine, and legal departments Ensuring compliance with labor legislation Requirements: Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience Solid knowledge of payroll, benefits, time tracking, terminations, and eSocial Team management experience Collaborative profile with a results-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications: Retail industry experience Experience in HR process structuring or review Minimum Education: Postgraduate Degree \- Master's Degree * Total Pass * Dental Insurance * Health Insurance * Store Discount * Day Off
