Support leadership in team development and management **HR Manager** **Location:** Piracicaba - SP **Format:** 100% in-person **Employment Type:** PJ **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop HR strategies aligned with company objectives; * Manage HR subsystems (HR Operations, Payroll, Training and Development, among others); * Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring efficiency of departmental routines and processes; * Support leadership in team development and management; * Develop and monitor HR metrics and implement improvement actions; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles; * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation; * Leadership, communication, and strategic vision skills; * Valid Class B driver's license; * Availability for 100% in-person work.
