Responsibilities: Develop HR area performance dashboards and reports; Process and cross-analyze large volumes of data; Generate analyses and insights to support people management decision-making; Develop and monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, job funnel, candidate profile match, etc.); Create management dashboards and reports for the Talent Acquisition area; Provide insights and analyses for strategic decision-making; Maintain an updated and reliable database. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, Statistics, or related fields; Advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables); Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); Experience with HR reports and metrics; Logical reasoning, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
