Ensuring compliance with labor legislation Position at a multinational company located in Sorocaba. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for managing and implementing Human Resources processes and policies within the organization; * Coordinate HR department activities, focusing on: recruitment and selection, people development, performance management, training, and benefits; * Produce periodic reports on HR metrics—such as turnover, absenteeism, hiring cost, among others—and present findings to company leadership, identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions; * Ensure adherence to internal company policies, while guaranteeing that all HR practices comply with applicable labor legislation and regulations; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s and postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields. * Knowledge of labor legislation; job classification, salaries, and benefits; strategic HR management; people development; organizational culture and climate. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced English and/or Japanese proficiency.
