Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial and Controller Coordinator with an analytical and leadership profile to lead the strategic management of finance, tax, cost, and fiscal areas, supporting General Management. Opportunity for growth for a proactive and solution-oriented professional. Financial and Controller Coordinator position at our company, with on-site work in Santo André – SP. We are looking for a professional with an analytical, organized, and leadership-oriented profile to strategically manage the company’s finance, tax, cost, and fiscal areas. This professional will work directly with me, supporting General Management by assisting in financial organization, strategic planning, and monitoring of the company’s administrative routines. Main Responsibilities * Financial planning and preparation of the annual budget * Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of managerial income statements (DRE) * Cash flow management and monitoring * Control and analysis of operational and industrial costs * Monitoring of tax and fiscal routines * Support in defining financial and tax strategies * Structuring and improving internal processes and controls * Development of managerial reports and financial indicators * Interface with external accounting services * Monitoring and support for HR department routines * Direct support to General Management in organizing and monitoring administrative and financial operations Requirements * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Experience in finance, tax, controller, or cost areas * Knowledge of income statements (DRE), cash flow, and budget planning * Knowledge of taxation and fiscal routines * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with leadership capability Job Information Location: Santo André – SP (On-site) Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: Transportation Allowance and Meal Allowance If interested, I am available to discuss this opportunity further.
