




Job Summary: A DHO Intern will support activities related to Recruitment and Selection, Endomarketing, onboarding of new employees, and document and indicator management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in Recruitment and Selection for Apprentice, Internship, and Assistant positions. 2. Support in Endomarketing initiatives and internal communication. 3. Active participation in onboarding new employees. **The DHO Intern** will support Recruitment and Selection activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and tracking selection processes. The intern will also assist in Endomarketing initiatives, organize new employee onboarding, manage admission documents, and update spreadsheets and departmental indicators. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Conducting selection processes for Apprentice, Internship, and Assistant positions. * **Admission Support:** Managing admission medical examinations, verifying documentation, and tracking pending items. * **Endomarketing:** Supporting the execution and organization of internal communication and engagement initiatives. * **New Employee Onboarding:** Assisting in organizing institutional onboarding, sending materials, and monitoring the new employee's initial stages. * **Control Spreadsheet Management:** Updating spreadsheets for tracking job openings, admissions, and Endomarketing activities. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection routines is desirable.
