




Job Summary: The Contract Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing contracts, documentation, and administrative processes, including support for accreditation and access procedures. We seek an organized, responsible professional with strong document management capabilities to handle the company’s administrative and contract-related routines. **Job Responsibilities** The Contract Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: **Contract and Documentation Management** Analyze, organize, and control various company contracts. Draft contract drafts, amendments, and monitor deadlines and renewals. Coordinate with airports (GRU, CGH) for submission and updating of documents. Prepare and file documentation required by airports and concessionaires. Monitor validity periods of operational and regulatory contracts for stores. **Administrative Processes** Execute procurement processes and monitor tender notices. Maintain updated administrative folders and store documentation (licenses, certificates, regulatory documents). Issue authorization and store access release letters. Monitor notifications and inspections, and respond within stipulated deadlines. **Accreditation and Access** Request, renew, and monitor employee accreditation at airports. Track expiration dates of ID badges and access permissions. **General Administrative Support** Monitor administrative processes related to the company’s media activities. Assist in organizing files, reports, and internal controls. Support internal departments (Finance, HR, Payroll, Executive Management) with documentation requests. **Requirements** Prior experience in administrative routines. Experience with contracts, corporate documentation, and regulatory processes. Completed high school education (technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with airports, concessionaires, or companies handling high-volume documentation. Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
