We seek an active, persuasive, and optimistic individual who enjoys connecting with people and building strong B2B relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect new companies and present the Association's services and benefits; * Conduct commercial visits and in-person presentations; * Maintain relationships with members and manage the client portfolio; * Identify business opportunities and new partnerships; * Participate in external initiatives and local events. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational skills and calendar management; * Persistent, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2.100,00 * Commission/Bonus based on sales * Meal allowance: R$ 31.90/day * Transportation allowance * Health insurance (50%) + Dental insurance **Location:** Americana/SP **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
