




Job Summary: The professional will lead, plan, and coordinate construction site activities, ensuring service execution, deadline compliance, safety standards, as well as team and cost management. Ensuring safety and adherence to schedules Leadership, planning, negotiation, self-control, communication and interaction, teamwork, decision-making. * Participate in weekly and monthly construction planning together with the Construction Coordinator to define service scheduling and meet the project's physical\-financial schedule; * Guide team members to maintain a clean and organized construction site so that all work is carried out within safety procedures, thereby preventing accidents; * Prepare the workforce production sheet together with the Construction Coordinator to fulfill remuneration agreements and control labor\-costs; * Assist the Construction Coordinator in selecting the direct team, and make promotion and termination decisions according to established procedures. * Execute services according to the weekly schedule defined for each sector and evaluate employees' performance; * Participate in team sizing by estimating the appropriate number of workers/services to ensure expected productivity and schedule adherence; * Participate in material takeoffs for service execution, in accordance with the construction supply process, and inform the Warehouse Department. * Monitor construction progress through direct supervision, aligned with the established plan, aiming to: comply with procedures and standards set forth in the management system, focusing on cost reduction, material optimization, labor, and equipment; * Monitor subcontracted services execution through direct supervision, performing interventions to ensure productivity and delivery of agreed deadlines; * Ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on construction sites, as well as uniforms and other collective protective equipment, with focus on occupational accident prevention; * Coordinate the termination process with the HR and Personnel Department; * Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS)
