




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to handle financial routines and support Human Resources activities, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented mindset required We seek a proactive, organized, and results-driven individual to handle financial routines and support Human Resources activities. This professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, contributing to the organization and control of internal processes. Main Responsibilities: * Accounts payable and receivable; * Bank reconciliation; * Issuance of bank slips and invoices; * Cash flow monitoring; * Support in preparing financial reports; * Data entry and verification in systems; * Support in Human Resources routines: timekeeping control, submission of payroll documentation, benefits administration, hiring, and terminations; * Control and recording of purchases and expenses; * Internal customer service and general administrative support. Requirements: * Prior experience in administrative routines, especially financial ones; * Basic knowledge of Human Resources; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
