Must possess the ability to guide and develop teams, maintain high technical quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of accounting outputs, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional client relationships. **Technical Requirements:** Required Knowledge * Proficiency in Brazilian accounting standards and principles (BRGAAP; IFRS knowledge is desirable). * Accounting reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Preparation and interpretation of financial statements. * Development of accounting analyses and technical opinions. * Ancillary obligations: ECD, ECF, SPED Accounting and Tax modules. Systems and Tools * Experience integrating accounting processes with Tax and Payroll Departments. * Experience with accounting software, preferably Domínio Sistemas. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Courses or specializations in accounting will be considered advantageous.
