**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support branch administrative routines, ensuring organization and agility in internal processes.
* Assist in serving cooperative members, offering courteous and efficient support.
* Collaborate with the team on operational activities, contributing to a cooperative and productive environment.
* Perform data entry and verification in internal systems, always under team guidance.
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs, developing professional skills and knowledge about cooperation.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Be aged between 16 and 24 years and eager to learn and grow professionally.
* Never have held formal employment (first opportunity in the labor market).
* Availability for a contract of up to 2 years, with a weekly workload of 30 hours.
* Currently enrolled in or having completed high school.
* Reside in Mirassol D'Oeste/MT.
