Light and relaxed work environment **About the opportunity:** With ever-increasing demand, we need to evolve our infrastructure for monitoring, CI, CD, automation, SSO, and databases—helping product teams build increasingly reliable and scalable applications. The SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) team is embedded within Incognia’s Core Engineering division; it is a multidisciplinary, high-impact team with direct responsibility for production environments. Additionally, it is led by one of our co-founders and maintains a light and relaxed atmosphere. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** * Resolve scalability issues related to observability infrastructure; * Resolve scalability issues related to Kubernetes and databases; * Collaborate with other Incognia teams on scalable automation initiatives; * Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency; * Participate in support activities related to integration and delivery—troubleshooting issues and ensuring production environment stability; * After 6 months from joining, assume a management role, leading the team, conducting weekly 1:1s, and overseeing team development; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering; * Experience in team leadership or management; * Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and containers; * Experience tackling high-scalability challenges; * Knowledge and experience with AWS; * Upper-intermediate English (reads and writes well, holds everyday conversations without significant difficulty, though speaks slowly and deliberately). **About Incognia:** **Incognia** protects you against fraud and account theft in mobile apps.
