Responsibilities and Duties
* Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the dealership's business to identify opportunities for improving the performance of financial services products;
* Share best practices, demonstrating how similar dealerships achieve performance improvements in underutilized financial services products compared to other customers;
* Ensure, through continuous training and refresher courses, that the dealership's sales team is fully qualified to sell all Financial Services (FS) products, and that all processes related to contracting, payment, and settlement of FS products across the dealership network and commercial partners comply with the company’s current rules and policies—thereby eliminating losses caused by process deviations and mitigating reputational risk in customer relationships;
* Collaborate with the dealership to build, implement, and monitor short- and medium-term performance leverage plans, identifying untapped opportunities and promoting the full utilization of all FS products to continuously and sustainably enhance dealership performance within the commissioning program;
* Promote the use of sales tools provided by VWFS to the dealership network, ensuring that the dealership’s management and owner fully understand the opportunities and benefits these tools offer, and that the sales team is trained and fully capable of using them;
* Continuously monitor tool usage and its corresponding impact on business volume, and demonstrate to the dealership the performance evolution resulting from such usage.

Requirements and Qualifications
**Experience and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
* Graduate specialization in Business Management preferred
* 2–4 years of experience in Sales and Banking sectors
* Knowledge of financial mathematics, automotive industry, and banking sector
Additional assets:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Intermediate English proficiency
**Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
