We are looking for a professional to strengthen our Placement team by supporting operational and administrative processes for placement projects, through execution of routine tasks, document control, information organization, and support during technical stages — ensuring smooth workflow and compliance for insured or non-insured benefits projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Tabulate data from delivered projects by compiling, organizing, and structuring information into internal controls and systems, maintaining a consistent database to facilitate queries, analyses, and technical decisions. * Analyze and develop accredited provider networks for specific locations by quantitatively and qualitatively assessing life distribution and applying technical criteria — ensuring the network meets the needs of the population under analysis, guaranteeing coverage, capacity, and efficiency. * Update the contact list of insurers or insurance providers by verifying, validating, correcting, and adding information — ensuring agile, accurate, and aligned communication with partners. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by the department’s needs and/or demands, including training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor — ensuring continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Administrative experience involving data analysis, system and spreadsheet manipulation, and document verification. * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, sense of priority, organization, and assertive communication. **Additional Information** * Health and dental plans * Life insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of Brazil’s leading insurance brokerage firms specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
