We are looking for a professional to strengthen our Compliance team, responsible for ensuring that activities and operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor legal/regulatory developments by tracking changes and updates to relevant laws and regulations, ensuring timely communication to respective departments and enabling process adjustments in accordance with legal/regulatory requirements. * Support Due Diligence/Background Check processes by conducting searches in Due Diligence tools and/or systems to identify potential risks in business relationships. * Support the preparation and enhancement of compliance training materials through research, consolidation, and formatting, ensuring training materials are clear and accessible. * Follow up on action plans by analyzing milestones, deadlines, and achieved results, ensuring action plans are executed within appropriate timeframes. * Review and update internal policies and other standards through critical analysis, detailed research, and collaboration, ensuring alignment with current regulatory practices. * Prepare reports and/or presentations containing operational indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to support leadership decision-making. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as required or demanded by the department, whenever necessary—through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor—to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Law, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of LGPD and compliance legislation and regulations * Professional experience in compliance, including Due Diligence processes, and compliance training development and delivery * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, analytical ability, assertive communication, and organizational skills **Additional Information** * SulAmérica Health and Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Gympass * Birthday Leave (Day off) * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts, including auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
