Culture of appreciation and recognition. **Location:** Jardim América – Goiânia/GO **Sector:** Scientific consulting firm specializing in Archaeology **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Model:** On-site We are assisting a partner in the scientific consulting sector—specializing in Archaeology—in recruiting a Financial Analyst to join the team. This position aims to strengthen financial management, support decision-making, and contribute to business organization and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of managerial reports and financial statements (Income Statement); * Cash flow control, analysis, and forecasting; * Bank reconciliation and analysis of financial transactions; * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including deadline tracking and prioritization; * Coordination with accounting and support for monthly closings; * Direct communication with financial institutions, suppliers, and clients; * Issuance, verification, and control of invoices; * Support for financial planning, including generation of performance indicators and KPI analysis. **Mandatory Requirements** * 3 years of experience; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience with financial systems and ERP, preferably Conta Azul. **Desirable Requirements** * Desired certifications: MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance; * KPI generation; * Knowledge of automation and AI. **Benefits and Differentiators** * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * Culture of appreciation and recognition. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. **Join this challenge!** If you meet the requirements and wish to join this challenge, apply now and participate in the selection process conducted by iRHope Specialized Recruitment.
