We are looking for a professional to join our Operations team, responsible for supporting the monitoring of operational performance through data organization, indicator updates, and support for departmental routines — thereby contributing to information quality and process efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the collection and organization of operational indicators by gathering, consolidating, and updating data to ensure availability of information for analysis. * Support the monitoring of performance indicators by updating reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards to assist in tracking departmental results. * Support the preparation of operational reports by organizing and structuring data to provide informational support to leadership. * Support operational improvement initiatives by organizing information and assisting departmental activities to contribute to continuous improvement routines. * Support the organization of delinquency data by consolidating customer and payment information to support team analysis. * Support the monitoring of collections metrics by updating data and controlling information to assist in tracking results. * Support the monitoring of data by economic group, insurer, and customer profile by organizing and updating information to assist in identifying relevant insights. * Support verification of registration data quality by cross-referencing information across internal systems to help identify inconsistencies. * Support registration correction and standardization by updating records in systems to ensure information organization and reliability. * Support sharing of best practices within the team by participating in training sessions and exchanging information to promote departmental alignment. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position as required by departmental needs and/or demands, including training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Preferably currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields) * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and with data organization and processing * Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility, and commitment **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts, including auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
