**[Tech] Senior Backend Software Engineering - Java** ========================================================= TOTVS | Assis - SP | Hybrid Job Description Develop and maintain software features that add value to the product, ensuring customer satisfaction within the target business segment. Responsibilities and Duties * Design and implement high-complexity technical solutions with minimal guidance or support, by developing software requirements using the project's relevant technologies; * Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create low-complexity tests—either manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, based on requirements and testing tools; * Document all developed work to enable end-user comprehension; * Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by evaluating available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; * Use predefined frameworks for solution development.
