Successor development and commercial negotiation **[Projects] ERP Project Coordination** ============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Ensure delivery of the service contracted by the customer or group of customers under your responsibility by mobilizing necessary resources to achieve established objectives (aiming for TOTVS’s financial performance), while guaranteeing efficient service management and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Ensure communication and transparency regarding service and project outcomes and issues to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports; * Act as the “owner” of services and projects, being accountable and maintaining relationships across involved areas (customers and other TOTVS departments) to resolve project/service issues and drive continuous process improvement; * Efficiently manage services (high-complexity, regardless of size, scope, or product line), ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; * Identify and develop potential successors, transferring technical knowledge, conceptual understanding, and management tools; * Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure structured project management, negotiations, and opportunity pursuit; * Maintain a sharp focus on results versus cost (ROL, Margin, EBITDA) using project management tools (PSA); * Adopt a commercial approach to offer customers new service solutions, ensuring continuous revenue generation from new services; * Guarantee achievement of targets, ensuring team productivity (time tracking), NPS, and project margins; * Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology (MIT), ensuring accurate delivery, proper project documentation, and adherence to the contracted scope. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience managing ERP or business software implementation projects; * Experience managing projects using PMBOK and waterfall methodologies; * Experience in people management; * Knowledge of business rules and processes; * Availability to work in a hybrid model — 3 or more days onsite at the client’s location or our office; * Willingness to travel.
