If you enjoy leading teams, meeting targets, and delivering memorable customer experiences, this role is for you! --- Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards; Monitor performance metrics (sales, targets, average transaction value, conversion rate, inventory, shrinkage, etc.); Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; Ensure excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction; Manage inventory, orders, and stocktaking; Be responsible for store opening/closing procedures and cash handling; Execute franchise promotional campaigns and initiatives; Maintain the store organized, clean, and aligned with brand visual merchandising standards. --- Requirements Previous experience as a retail store manager or assistant store manager; Commercial and leadership profile, focused on results and customer service; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); Availability to work during shopping mall hours, weekends, and holidays according to schedule. --- Advantages Experience in the chocolate, gift, or franchise sectors (e.g., Brasil Cacau, Cacau Show, Kopenhagen); Knowledge of sales and inventory performance metrics management. --- Benefits Fixed salary + performance bonus; Discounts on brand products; Training programs and growth opportunities within the network. --- If you're passionate about chocolates and people, join the Brasil Cacau team!
