ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY The Store Manager will be responsible for managing commercial operations, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring daily execution of brand standards in the store. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead, guide, and develop the sales team; * Ensure achievement of individual and store targets; * Monitor performance indicators and commercial results; * Provide frequent feedback and track team progress; * Maintain store visual standards and organization per brand guidelines; * Manage inventory control and participate in stocktaking; * Plan and execute commercial campaigns and promotional activities; * Drive customer loyalty through consultative service; * Prepare reports and propose improvements to sales processes and strategies. CANDIDATE PROFILE * Prior leadership experience in retail; * Experience in fashion segment (footwear, bags, or accessories is a plus); * Completed high school education; * Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented profile; * Availability to work shopping mall hours.
