Main Responsibilities: \* Manage the store’s daily operations; \* Lead, develop, and supervise the sales team; \* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction; \* Monitor performance indicators and commercial targets; \* Manage inventory, store organization, and product restocking; \* Ensure compliance with brand standards and internal processes; \* Prepare work schedules and monitor team performance. Requirements: \* Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in retail; \* Experience managing teams and performance metrics; \* Proactive, organized, and effective communicator; \* Availability to work shopping mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
