We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our operation at RioMar Papicu Shopping, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, high sales performance, and a motivated, purpose-driven team. **Responsibilities** * Manage the store's daily operational and administrative activities; * Monitor sales targets and performance metrics (average transaction value, conversion rate, productivity, etc.); * Lead, develop, and engage the sales team; * Ensure adherence to the brand’s customer service and visual merchandising standards; * Manage inventory control, purchase orders, and stocktaking; * Support the implementation of commercial and promotional campaigns; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Store Manager or in store management, preferably in fashion retail; * Knowledge of performance indicator and results management; * Leadership profile, strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and goal orientation; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Retail Management, or related fields is a plus. **What We Offer** * R$ 3\.475,00 \+ VT; * Commission and performance-based bonuses; * VA: R$ 19.50 per day; * Discount on brand products; * Health and dental insurance. **Work Location:** RioMar Papicu Shopping Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3\.475,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
